Cancellations

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, after which the order will not be cancelled as we will take it for processing at our backend .In case you want to cancel your order you need to inform us by mail at optionsonline.in@gmail.com or by sending a WhatsApp on 9962393222, refund is  subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. The amount will be returned to your original payment method in 7 working days.

Returns

Most of our products are Hand made and we take maximum possible care to get the desired output and are sure that they will fit into your interiors or exteriors well but in case you feel that they are not fitting well, then you are welcome to return the products within 24 hours of receiving them.  You will have to ship the product to our address located in Chennai that is .The Plant Shop, Maduravoil  Service road, Adayalampattu Village, Near KG Signature city, Chennai 600095 Mobile 9962393222, as our products are mostly on a volumetric size we will deduct the shipping charges and the bank transaction charges from your payment which will be 40-60-% depending on the size and return the amount as soon as we receive the product in proper condition.

If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 24 hours, along with supporting images of the damaged product, and a unboxing video we will be able to  exchange the product.

After 24 hours, we won’t be able to  exchange the same.

To be eligible for an exchange, product must be unused and should be in the same condition as you received it. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Please note: You cannot cancel bought products during a sale.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at optionsonline.in@gmail.com and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
